Middle pressure steam boiler rooms KKE 120, 200, 500 kg/hr - Block design technology with electric-heating boilers KUE

The technology of middle pressure steam boiler room KKE is a source of saturated steam for heating and technological purposes. It can be used as a source of heat for centralized and decentralized heating and also as a source of steam for technological use. Its use is especially suitable in the case, where it is necessary to realize the erection of heating source in the shortened period. The place of the boiler room requires minimum space and there are also minimum construction adjustments, electroinstallation and system of measuring and control. The boiler room is equipped with device for operation without constant supervision with periodical control in the mode 1 x in 2 hrs. In the case of requirement, it can be further equipped with device for operation without constant supervision in the mode 1x in 24 hrs or 72 hrs in accordance with ITI Prague certification.

A part of offer is also control system regulating boiler output from the steam pressure in the drum. According to the value, the particular heaters or their components are switched on or off, which enables very accurate control in the wide range.

Technical characteristics

The technology of middle pressure steam boiler room is completely equipped with machinery and electro device placed on a supporting structure. The whole block of boiler room is located in the reserved part of boiler room and the assembly of inlet and waste piping is performed, together with electroinstallation. A part of the boiler room is water treatment with accordant capacity of treated and chemically deaerated water considering the correct condensate return. (In the basic performance, the water treatment is proposed on 80% of condensate return). The boiler room is equipped with particular electroinstallation and with system measuring and control placed on a supporting structure of the boiler room. The boiler room can be supplied in the whole steam output range also as a low-pressure steam or hotwater.

The required heating output is possible to achieve by combination of below mentioned technologies of middle pressure steam boiler room KKE, which is possible to fold together into blocks in modular design principle.

Delivery and storage

The technology of middle pressure boiler room KKE is supplied as a complex on one structure including all operation elements (boiler, water treatment, safety system, operation heavy current distribution, measuring and control, barbotage, el. switchboard). For better installation of the block into the boiler room, it is possible to disassemble the water treatment tank. In the sketch, there are mentioned the informative dimensions of boiler room technology.

Tests and evaluation

The technology of middle pressure steam boiler room KKE is designed and manufactured according to the valid ČSN and the boiler is certified with design approval issued by IBP (Safety Work Authority). Construction and first pressure test according to ČSN 070623 is made in the manufacturing plant and the result is recorded in the report book, which is (together with certificate of performed tests of used materials according to ČSN 420090) other technical document supplied together with the boiler room.
